This planner is a free web based planner in beta version by var-x.com. This planner offers you many features like, you can create billers, biller categories, income heads, sort all your income & expenses under unique names and categorize them. We expect user to visit the planner daily and add all your daily expenses to this planner. It takes a little to save your daily expense in return this planner can help you a lot. You will know where are you spending your hard earn money or where you should be really spending it. This site is for everyone who spend some of their time surfing the net. It will take just 5-6 minutes to add their daily expense here.

This planner is designed and developed in such a way that the users will always come to know about his/her financial status at a glance with graphs and figures. You can compare between your 2 months expenses biller wise or category wise, Have a report on how much amount have you spent on any particular billers or category.

FEW STEPS TO USE THIS SITE :

Add Income:-
To begin with, you need to customize your income source from salary to your desired name. You can continue without changing the nick name, but it will be useful if you 1 st add your income (amount). Once this is done, you can proceed.

Create Categories:-
We have created 6 categories for you to store your expenses. You can add more in you want.

To add to this you can create your own categories to suite your preferences or even change the existing categories to suit to you title. For example, you can create a medical care category to store all your expenses on health. Also, you can simply rename the Other Category to Medical Care if you want.

Tips: We recommend you to categories all your expenses as much as you can. So that, in the end of the month, you will get the breakups of your expense easily.

One you are done with creating categories, you need to proceed to 3 rd and last step.

Create Billers:
Anything and everything you pay for is a biller. Like, if you take a cab to travel from one point to other, then that cab is a biller. If you paid for a movie ticket, then that theater is a biller. If you are paying a house rent then the rent is a biller.

We have divided these billers into 2 types:

•  Fixed Monthly Billers
•  Occasional Billers

•  Fixed Monthly Billers:
You need to create these billers according to your needs. Typical biller would be, Monthly Rent, Telephone Bills, Loan EMIs, Internet, Credit Cards etc. Remember, we do value your privacy, hence, we don't not ask for any detail information about any of the billers you enter. What we would ask is, Nick ( a short name for a biller ) and Company Name ( For your own reference). We would force you to choose a category for this biller. Remember, every biller needs to be under some category. With this much data, we will add a biller to your billers list. Once this biller is added, you will see that biller on the Left Side of the Pages. Nest to it you have a (PAY) Link, you can just click on that link and add the amount paid under that biller. If you do not wish to see that biller in future, go to Billers Link on the top and Choose the HIDE option for that biller.

•  Occasional Billers :
These are simple billers and would be added similarly. These billers will not be shown in the left panel, but will only be displayed if the payment for them is made. You can hide them, in a similar way you hide Fixed Monthly Billers.

• Credit Cards:
We suggest you to add credit card information, if you have one. Don't worry, it is safe and secure, since we do not ask for any details of you card. Specially, CVC number and Date Of Expiry, we do not even ask for your full card number. Please remember, we are not interested in your personal data. The information which we ask on the site is only for your reference. Once you create a Credit Card, henceforth, you can save all your expenses occurred on credit card separately. This way you can easily keep a track of how much money are you spending on the cards. You can add multiple cards if you have them. We will provide you all your expenses card-wise.

Every time when you add a expense to the site, site will ask you, if you have made this payment by cash or cheque or credit card. If you have created a credit card you can store that expense separately.

That's all. These are the only information we need for you to provide you with various report at the end of the month.
